With an easy-to-use mobile app and integrations with a wide range of applications from partner banks, merchants and other platforms, they offer users the opportunity to pay with their smartphone in stores, at vending machines and in web stores while participating in bonus programs.


Their product is accepted at 20,000 locations in Austria and Germany, from large and small department stores and supermarket chains to sports stadiums. Now YOU take over the tasks of the Project Manager (m|w|d) and support the company with your analytical and cross-functional thinking!

Your tasks

  • Process input from internal and external stakeholders and determine project scope and objective

  • Developing and improving project management processes

  • Evaluate strategic and market fit of project ideas and consult stakeholders

  • Ensure proper communication between all involved parties and consistent documentation of project results

  • Clarify all deliverables and coordinate the needed resources 

  • Coordinate every meeting with the respective stakeholders and update them on a consistent basis and manage the project deadlines

  • Measure the performance of projects to identify areas for improvement

Your profile

  • 3 years of experience in IT related and agile project coordination  

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, experience in payment or loyalty industry (nice to have)

  • Familiarity with project management software tools 

  • Able to build up relationship within various team members in a remote setting   

  • Strong communication skills with business English & min. B2 German

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
