You find the perfect match for our customers and thereby satisfy both freelancer and customer
You source passively in our community and actively on external platforms and networks
when you find candidates outside of our community, you will guide them through our screening process, including coordination and consultation with your sales colleague
You help build a talent network and candidate pipeline
You are always looking for new exciting opportunities to better assess candidates and reduce the effort for all sides
Your profile
You already have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring OR sourcing (Preferably as a Tech Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role)
You already have hands-on experience with the entire recruitment cycle
experience in continuous development of global talent pipelines and sourcing strategies desirable
You have a positive personality, a strong desire to develop and want to learn more about digital and IT related topics
You are a talented communicator and have a desire to work with diverse people from different cultures
You have at least a Bachelor's Degree
